    Dina, who  majored in education, has 8 years of international education experience. She used to work in a private international school in China and joined the Cambridge College of Arts and Sciences in 2012, and worked in the China Admissions Office. In the past eight years of working experience in international education, She is deeply familiar with the differences between Chinese and English education systems and the specific curriculum setting of GCSE, A level, IB and university preparatory courses in England, and provides valuable suggestions and reasonable study plans for many students in primary and high school. Among these students, many students go on to study at top G5 schools in the UK with the joint efforts of the teachers of Cambridge Arts and Sciences. She always abides the educational philosophy of CATS, teaches students in accordance with their aptitudes, and helps each student to become better!  

    作为教育专业出身的Dina, 拥有8年的国际教育工作经验，曾经任职于国内的私立国际学校，于2012年加入英国剑桥文理中学，在中国录取办公室任职。在近八年的国际教育工作经历中，深谙中英教育体制的差异，熟悉英国GCSE，Alevel， IB和大学预科课程的具体课程设置，为众多初、高中学生提供宝贵的升学建议，制定合理的学习计划。在这些学生中，每年都有很多学生在于剑桥文理中学老师的共同努力下进入英国G5顶尖名校。始终信守剑桥文理中学的教育理念，因材施教，帮助每一个学生变得更好！

      Mr. Lau holds an MBA from Duke University in the United States. Over the past decade of residing in the U.S., he has been engaged in higher education research and served as an admissions interviewer at Duke University, gaining deep insights into the processes and criteria of elite U.S. university admissions. Each year, he assists over a hundred American high school students in gaining admission to top 20 U.S. universities such as Harvard, Yale, and Princeton.Over the last 20 years, Mr. Lau has traveled extensively across mainland China, Hong Kong, and the United States, navigating through diverse cultural landscapes in both education and business sectors. These experiences have reinforced his belief that "internationalization" is an essential path for China's rejuvenation and its rise as a leading nation in the world, and that "educational internationalization" is the starting point of this essential journey.
